Brisbane City Winery’s Wine Blending Workshops offer groups of up to 14 to challenge their inner connoisseurs to create their perfect pitcher of wine. Guests will learn the art of blending wines to achieve that perfect taste and texture profile, led by the skilful winemakers at City Winery. Book your family in for a night of fun, turning your novice into master whilst enjoying the delectable snacks included in the package. Plus, you’ll go home with a bottle of your custom creation to save for a special occasion, or to show-off at your next dinner party.

Although many of us have had to postpone travel plans for this year, it does not mean we can’t take a trip to somewhere new. Brisbane City Winery are taking you and your loved ones on a Wine Flight of flavour discovery, exploring the wonderful world of wine. Enjoy a self-guided tasting of six of their finest wines, accompanied with a cheese board to boot. Book ahead to secure a spot for your party and for groups larger than 14, the private tasting area can be hired where a City Winery master will host your trip for you.

For those just as interested in the food as the wine, the Introduction to Food and Wine Pairing at Brisbane City Winery leaves no person behind. Arguably the most iconic duo in all the culinary lands, this City Winery experience makes sure the cheese and wine go hand-in-hand. Learn about how to pair food and wine like a guru but at your own pace. Set up as a self-guided tour, this experience includes four tasting snacks with three pairing wines.

For the serious cheese-a-holics, try the deluxe Wine and Cheese Pairing for 2-4 people. City Winery winemakers will take you through the ins and outs of cheese companionship whilst you enjoy a taste of three fine Gerler wines paired with three of their favourite cheeses.

Enjoy your weekend by popping into the cellar door, wine bar and wine experience centre between 12:00pm to 7:00pm Monday to Wednesday and 12:00pm to 9:00pm Thursday to Saturday.
